I want to job. I am a computer hardware networking engineer and basic knowledge in computer and accounts.

We are enrolled with Neelam Gas agency in Faridabad and I have booked gas refill twice and both time I received an SMS that booking has been cancelled as per customer request. While we are in continuously touch with your delivery boy and he mentioned that there is no slip on our name. There is no one who denied the delivery of cylinder. it seems to be some issue with your system and you are getting miscommunication from your delivery boy. The issue is not the first time and its a repeated issue.

I would request you to fix the same on priority and arrange the delivery of cylinder on priority and also ask them to arrange the delivery of cylinder as per our previous requests as details provided below.

Booking Number 221267 - received SMS on 9th Nov 2016: "Your LPG Refill order No. 271267 has been cancelled. Reason: Customer Request: Please contact Distributer for details."

hello sir i am ram prakash and my consumer no. is 34972. i have received my cylinder on 01/03/2017. after that i have booked on 06/05/2017 and they cancel the booking without any reasion after that i have booked on 17/05/2017. but i have not received my cylinder and their message received that your booking order is delivered on 18/05/2017. i have called them on 9891808484. and they assured me to delivered the booking with in 1-2 days but still they have not delivered any cylinder. i have called them again and again but they have not took any action yet. its my humble request to you please deliver my booking on time and please take a serious action against them. my cylinder is under neelam enterprises.

i shall be highly thankful to you for this.

Neelam Enterprise in sanjay colony distributor is not distributed the lpg cyclinder in home. They only sell the cylinder to another person with high rates not gives the cylinder at home. The officer of the neelam enterprise is not listen and not take any action about this problem when i complaint
