hello sir my name is kailash kumar i live in firoj gandhi colony no 1 my complaint metter is that jab se delivery system apne start kiya hai jab se apke coustomer ko paresani uthani pad rahi hai . because apke delivery boys cyliender main se gas nikal kar dete hai . jisse gas ka weight kam ho jata hai or unki weight maseen bhi kharb rehati hai .sir my request is cylinder ki house delivery band kar di jaye i shall be very thankful to you

This is for your information that we are having bharat gas connection from madhu gas agency and had observed the gas leakage today. We called immediately to the person who delivers the gas cylinder and had given hi number (Mr. Raj- 9540153184) for any emergency.
He said he is providing the number of concern person but after four hours also he's not provided any solution / has not provided anybody number and also not neither picking up the phone nor replying of massage.

I wonder what kind of services is being provided to customer in case of the emergency.
