Not delivering the cylinder within 5 days. When we try to call no one will pick the phone and if we go directly they wont even respond in a polite manner

Mysore Lotus indian gas agencey is wrost agency i ever seen like wrost agencey I booked gas 20 days back and i got message 10days back only your cash memo bill genereted shotly deivery but till date i am not received and from past one week onwords i am follow up agencey but till date that people not delived the gas.every month iam facing same problem....pls suggest me what to do...
