10 to 15 day to go no deliver

My consumer number is 22701 with premier gas services amritsar. Recently my cylinder regulator was not working. I visited Premier gas services A block,'ranjit avenue, amritsar for the change of regulator. They have given me the regulator after one week for RS.150/-. But they have not issued any receipt for this. on my asking the receipt they asked me that there is no provision of issue the receipt. My question is that in which head they credit this amount in their account. There are so many persons like me. I request you to kindly instruct them to issue the receipt of Rs.150/-.
