    I have booked gas on Dec 5,2014 and till date no cylinder has been delivered on Saturday dec 27,2014. one of u r delivery boy promise me that he can deliver gas cylinder on Monday any how but in vain.

    Regarding: Consumer No. T-14634, Registered Mobile no: 9419196789

    Gas booked on April 01 but not delivered yet despite many reminders to your office and your delivery boy. The Cylinder under use got exhausted last night and we have bring food from the market. It not the first time past records show that Tawi Gas Jammu never ensured delivery of gas timely. There has been delays of a week to 3 weeks delay on earlier occasion.Surprisingly, even the Bharat Gas national customer care portal is not working properly and Customer Care number constantly busy.

    Sir, I am Yogesh Arora consumer No T-134 R/O Talab Tillo Jammu has transfered my Gas Connection from my father on 19-03-2015 But till date neither I have received Rs 568/- as advance money of subsidy nor the subsidy of the Gas Cylinder which was received on 20-04-2015.In this connection, it is also brought to your knowledge that I have visited to your office so many times and requested the staff on duty to transfer my subsidy amount to my concerned Bank Account. But no fruitful result has been received. It is therefore once again requested to kindly look into the matter personnally and the amount of subsidy may please be released at the earliest. Thanks

    Sir, this has become a habit of ur company to cancel refill order on 13 th day after waiting for the refill this has happened with me for 4th time and the order nos are with me.
    If your attitude will not change i will be forced to write to higher authourities as well as consumer court.

    I'm YASH n customer of bharat gas under TAWI GAS :PUCCA TALAB, NEW PLOT
    REHARI, JAMMU, J&K bearing customer ID : T-27228 today in the morning when change my refill cylender huge sound creat from it.and i saw rubber bassal is missing.This is not happened first time it was 4 time i noticed.I want know who is the responsible if there is misshapening

    My Booking date of cylinder is 22.11.2017. But today is 7th Dec,2017, my consumer No. 799 H.No.129/4 vikas nagar, Patoli(Sarwal) Jammu(J&K). I have been told now and often that your cylinder will be delivered shortly. Please look into this and solve the problem.

  • Didn't get our cylinder but got message of slip from last 20 days

    Dear sir,mam
    My name is jagjit Singh and I am from upper daroli tehsil nangal distribution ropar. We booked 2 cylinders from our 2 copies and I received message from Indane gas we cancelled your slip because you got your slip but we didn't get any slip. It's means they give cylinder slip in BLACK so please do needful action on that. We called them so many times regarding our slip and didn't get any cylinder issue but they told us every time your cylinder will get tomorrow but we didn't get any slip or cylinder from last 20 days. Please take legal action on INDANE Gas Nangal store.
