i had purchased a diamond set worth 4 lakh odd from a gitanjili store in goa. after 3 years, i wished to return it for exchange as promised by the staff at gitangili. but after three years, the store is offering me the exact same price for the set . i am totally disgusted with this company as after three years, the value remains exactly the same- i dont believe it. please redress my compliant

Sir, I purchased a ring from ur showroom which is placed in muzfrnagr up....I was not having cash. I want to use my card.bt they were saying extra 2.5 / will be add in my bill....they said sir u can use net banking..I agreed wit it...I transfer via net banking...after transfering money I wait 1 hrs to purchase a ring which I hv already selected.... Reason they couldn't confirm tht money has transfered in their account....... I hv learnt a lesson I should not purchase anything from geetanjali .....bcz I feel so inconvenience wit ma wife......plz do the needful for me so tht in future no one should get this prob..nd give a reply wit evidence ...otherwise in future I vil not purchase anything nd I will advice to ma friends nd al the person to known me ..tht they will also not purchase anything from geetanjali
