My mother Deepa Mishra has invested in two schemes of ORRA for 10 months total 2.65 lakhs. The customer number is 3733. She invested in orra so that I can purchase jewelry on my wedding. My wedding is on O5 February and orra has still not delivered the jewelry chosen by me on the desired store. Tow people coordinating the delivery of the jewlery are as follows:
a. Mr. Mohd Irfan - Manager of R CITY Ghatkopar Orra Store Mumbai
b. Mr. Abhishek Kachhawah- Manager of Orra store DB City mall Bhopal.
Please contact me 9819599238 and resolve the issue immediately. Consider this as a legal notice. If the complaint is not resolved I will be approaching consumer forum. -

This is to inform you that my name is SHIVANI THAKUR and I bought some jewelry from ORRA and I have monthly installment plan with them because of there poor service I was highly dissatisfied but instead of getting solution from them their employees are blackmailing me by saying they will laps my amount . please connect me to some manager from the company who can help me with my issue.

Kyu ki maine 2 May 2019 ko 5000/- per month scheme For 10 Month ki scheme aapke Orra Stores, Nagpur mai chalu kiya tha but 1 Month deposit karne ke baad Kuch reason se Baad mai jama nhi kiya usk liye mai aapki Nagpur branch mai kal 25 October 2020 Ko gaya tha unone bole ki aap pre- maturity le rahe to 10% detection hoga lekin sir mai Pre- maturity to nhi le raha hu and aapke hisab se Pre-maturity ho rahi hai to please meaning for Pre-maturity and mai Aapke Store ka kam se Kam 4-5 Old Customer hu

I had bought necklace from Orra which broke on the first day itself . I visited the Turner road Bandra West branch and gave it to them for repair . Its almost 10 days now that I keep following up with them. Each time I call I am told by MR Amit that the head office is not responding to them and that he will call back which he never does . All that they want is that I should buy more from them and also register for schemes. But when it comes to customer service they are very rude . Would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them . Very poor experience.

Hi Team, some few years back i purchased Diamond ring from our ORRA shop in Madurai branch, last month my ring is damaged so i plan to exchange or cash back for my product. then i visit your Madurai branch i enquirer for that my process. then your executive told need bill soft copy and then we may proceed further with in 10 days will get cash back. in that time also i show my product condition what ever i discussed in that time, in next half an hour i call your executive may i come to your shop now they told no sir no issue u please share what's up then we proceed further today on wards i shared my bill & other documents through online. after 3 to 4 days completed no reply from your branch. after i make ah cal to that number, in that time only they told im on leave for some days so u please visit the store the give your product next week will finalized. then last 09/03/2024 im visit your store i handed over to my diamond ring in branch person , they will give acknowledgement copy to us with out signature, i ask him to put sign but they told no issues sir will update the status value of product in coming Wednesday(13/03/2024) no one can follow up to me. then i make a call to branch they told will update the status tomorrow but still yet i am not received any up dation for my product value. very very very slow process they done. in your branch person way of talk & approach is very poor. i am so sad & pain full of my heart to this contravention. more then 15+days left for this activities start from but still i am not come any conclusion for this. your branch person told in future you wait for this value amount to credit more then 20 days it huge day. kindly do the need full to us. and give proper reply for my complaint as soon as possible.
i need proper compensation for my product and my issue also
