Regarding Request a way for regarding agricultural purpose

I m neighbour your quary reside EDAKKAL village Thandarampet taluk tiruvannamalai district. I haven't no way regarding sathanur dam opens for agricultural purpose. Our neighbours make too much of water stagnation spoils our land. So i have no way to cut my sugarcane / not able to supply my yielding to kallakurichi co op sugarmill.. The quary manager arunagiri not supported for me and negative thought and possesive mind to oppose to open the way for me.. So plz open a way to pass my yieldings in time. Behalf of the mill closure the time noticed on the notice board. Plz give permission fir a way to pass my yieldings... The manager taughts me in manner.. So i tried this site thanks alot.
