Request for knowing what is the meaning of 300 in the product Secure Premier 300 trivector Energy meters

I am an executive Engineer posted at 220kv Gss NPH RVPNL jodhpur. We purchased c&r panels from Hertz Indore recently on which yr meters installed but to its software not available we are not in position to feed parameters in the meter .so required related software for the meter
