I was trying to book movie tickets for 14 may 4pm show movietime cinema jammu from their own app but my money got deducted and tickets are not booked

Late show. Timing was delayed about half an hour.

Today I visited to movie time Jammu to watch movie JATT NU CHUDAIL TAKRI and found the executive sitting on billing counter Mr Aminesh Khajuria he ask me to give RS 420 /- per seat and he said you have to take meal with the ticket then only you will get the ticket and then I refuse to watch the movie and I ask him I’ll escalate this issue to your higher authority then he ask me sir I’ll doing this as I am directed to do then he give me ticket RS 140 per ticket and buyed 3 tickets and also discussed with manager Mr Diljan kindly look into this mattter ASAP
