dear team, this is my again second bad experience after 1 year that I got a infected & stone presence in the mini mongra-2 packet.
Matter: I purchased a mini mongra 10 kg packet from the Kanak Big Store at DLF ankur vihar ghaziabad on 6 july 15. From that day I find some little Ghun in the rice but I ignore due to some rainy season.But I found in these last 3 or four days, it have many little ghuns & also feel some little stones. I also got this problem one year ago and you can check the complaint by my mobile no.
I request to you kindly give your interest on this problem & resolve it asap.

I had purchased 10kg of mogra rice from Rajmandir super market in Rohini, sec-13,Delhi . We shocked to see live insect and larvae in the bag . rajmandir people refused to replace the bag and have asked to contact company directly for the complaint . I could not find any customer care number on their site . Pl be careful with this company product.

I have been using India gate mogra for last 6 years, which used to be aromatic and of good quality. But recently from last 6 months, we have observed that it does not have the aroma of basmati any more, which is very disappointing. I plan to post this fact on social media,since it is fraudulence as basmati is written on the bag.
