I booked a LPG Cylender on the date 20.02.2015 and my subsidy amount received on 23.02.2015, But I had not received LPG Cylender till date. I want to know the reason for delay in this matter . I also want to know what is the rule of delivery of LPG .

I booked for LPG cylinder on 23rd April2015 but till now did not send it. My no is 91928. After 2-3 days when I called they told that within 5 days you will get it but till now no response,not even picking up the phone. I request you to deliver my LPG soon.

I booked for LPG Cylinder on 20 May' 2015, On Line Booking No is 202550 but I had not received LPG Cylinder till date. I want to know the reason for the delay.
