i have gas booked on - 01.11.2014. and now it is cancel please tell me the reason

Aishwarya Gas agency every time giving late delivery refilled cylinder after booking on time.their phone always giving msg dial subscriber line is faulty.last booking we have done 11th nov.14 and today 3rd dec14,still we wont-receive new one.Please take action on the necessary bases.they have stock but they distribute another place,and said we haven't. this is wrong.

mera gas jan.2015 se nahi diya hai ,kahte hai is nam se 2 connection hai`.per pura ditel mai nahi batate hai.

I have fitted the new cylinder and its leaking the gas is coming out from gas burner please do the favor as soon as possible.

They need proper class for how to talk to customers and how to serv good service. .the lost my faith .. they are very callous fellow. .I wana yo switch another gas agency. !

I have talked in contact number 07882281855 regarding the subject matter to any lady,she stated that Supply person is in leave and gas can send after 10 days. If any person will take leave for one or two months, you will not supply gas till the person join the duty. Please take action on the necessary bases.

I book for gas home delivery on (05//20017). My cunsumer no.-15608. But didn't deliver yet.Please take necessary action please.

This is the problem which we suffer everytime whenever we book for Cylinder we never received it on time rather we get a cancellation message and when we try to reach the gas agency by contacting them they never respond properly and never assure any date on which we can get the cylinder, even after the availability of gas cylinder today it's been more than 8 to 10 days we didn't receive any Cylinder, the cylinder is empty now we don't have any other way to cook food
Does the government wants us to keep starving?

They distribute gases without checking it. Maximum gases are leakage, they just distribute without checking. And if we go for a complain they talk with very bad way. There behavior are very rude and bad. They don't talk properly with customers. Very poor service I'm going to change my connection if they'll continue this behavior.
