1) Last 10 Days try to book cylinder over phone but no body picking the phone even after ringing and sometimes phone was engaged.
2) As a customer if I am taking for medical rest that time my only way to book cylinder over phone only but their both the nos. agency is not picking phone in office hours.
3) In a day I had call more then 50 times. so this is the response from a reputed gas agency.

Mr. Jha is doing mis behaviour with the females visiting the offices. Over phone they conveyed that cylinder is available and on visit of office Mr. Jha treats the customer as a slave of him.
My complaint is directly on Mr. Jha and the agency for not providing the service on time.

my booking no 278250 dt 10/04/2017, but I have not received my cylinder till date by home delvary.I also can not receive the response of my phone call to gas agensy today at 3-50pm.

The office staff of Padmaja Gas Agency, Lachit Nagar do not co-operate well with the problems of the consumers and most of their behaviour is not up to the mark.Phones are never answered and moreover the BSNL mobile users face often gets their booking cancelled or failed.
