Complaint regarding toll free numbers

I'm trying lots of time your toll free numbers (1800221911, 1800221622) but they are not reachable all time. And some landline numbers (0562-2850154, 0522-2611301, 022-66387777, 022-67153529) but they are not pick a single call.
Kindly confirm me how can i contact to you for take some informatio.
