I am trying to book gas through sms but it replied that gas is already booked in 2-4-2015. I tried many times but it result the same. I am unable to understand the reason. kindly inform me the reason so can i book the gas next.

I stay at lahoal, dibrugarh district, everry time i call the agency they say they dont have any gas cylinder now...
Even i visited the agency early morning bt they refused to collect my book, n said that tomorrow, gas cylinders will come. next day i went there bt there's hanging a sign board "NO GAS"..Itz not possible to go early morning there each day.... n they alws say theres no gas.... Wat they do with the gas.... Please look into my complaint.... thank u

Plz let me know how gas cylindris booked on mobile and I have not received any royality for the one year.
