Please help me to booking my gas

I HAVE BEEN BOOKING GAS ABOUT ONE MONTH BUT I DONT GET THE GAS PLZ SEE MY ACOUNT NUMBAR M\17355

I Have a complaint regarding the home delivery process of Mona gad agency Dibrugarh , Madhav is the person deliverying gas in the naliapool area , so i want to mention regarding him straight away that he is asking money to deliver the cylinder in front of our door as it is little far from the gate snd the problem arise when that we female member at our home is unable to carry the cylinder from the Gate . Please i request to take an action against this .
