I have done shopping on 12th sept of rs.1421 . Now i wanna exchange a top of rs. 299 due to problem in its size . But now i have only a photo of bill in my phone ..will my top be exchangable ?

I purchased some item from vishal mega mart rewa ,I totalled the bill in home and realized my bill total was of 771 rupees but they have taken 887 rupees and usually I receive mssg after shopping but this time I didnot receive mssg also, I lost my bill or else I would have gone back to ask for my money ,very disappointed by such fraud,this is ridiculous, you lost a regular customer, I won't purchase from here again
