I was provided with a bus ticket from bhubaneswar to rourkela as on dated 30th December 2018, the booking was in the bus known as challenger, and later i came to know at the boarding point that there were no such bus known as challenger is travelling from bbsr to rkl as on dated 30th dec 2018. It was worst experience of mine, it was the first and last experience, i will never get back to this shit organization for any service
