I booked my gas on the 19.Oct.2014 booking no.209939 as the time of delivery was nearing i get a message saying my refill has being cancelled,on contacting the uttaranchal gas service their rude reply was "online mai aise hi hota hai" and i got no assurance on when my cylinder will be delivered.This is no the first time as he has been always late in delivering cylinders and making excuses like "aapke ghar pe koi ni tha when we came to deliver"which is a lie.I have tried contacting the Indane customer care but they do not verify my consumer number which was given to me by the uttaranchal gas service.I am in a fix now as my cylinder is about to finish and i have no clue when my refill will be delivered.I even tried calling the Indane customer care number to which the call drops.I even tried calling their emergency cells which have no information and are useless

Poor service, never delivered cylinder on time. especially to area called motherawala road, Madhav residency.

The service here is absolutely poor. I get 7 to 8 days booked with gas. And when I call, I do not pick up. Gas does not come at any time.

I will call so many in gas agency plz provide the gas cylinder but he will not take any action 4times I will call in the agency but hee don't take any action plz resolve my issue fast
