Sir, I am taking 1/2 Kayam tablet regularly for the past 3 months for my constipation problem in the night after dinner. I wish to know whether it will affect my health if I can continue to take this for months together.

Please tell if taking Kayam Churna 1 tsf is safe for health if a person like me of 62 years age is facing constipation problem. Also tell if the said Kayam Churna can be taken in evening hours before having Dinner. Whether TRIFLA CHURNA AND KAYAM CHURNA ARE SAME THING ? Thanks -
