    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the support I have received from the Map My India team. As a paying customer, I expected timely and efficient assistance, but unfortunately, that has not been the case.

    Despite my attempts to seek help. I have not received any satisfactory responses or resolutions. This lack of support has hindered my ability to fully utilize the services I paid for, causing significant inconvenience and frustration.

    I would like to emphasize that I invested in your services with the expectation of receiving reliable support, which is clearly not being met. I urge you to promptly address my concerns and provide the assistance I am entitled to as a paying customer.

    I sincerely hope that we can resolve these matters promptly, and I look forward to hearing back from you with a satisfactory solution.

  • Using Navi maps

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I am Bharat Ponkshe from Vadodara, Gujarat. I purchased one tata tiago car in 2018. I was using this car only on Vadodara roads. I know almost all roads of Vadodara as I am staying here since 45 years.
    Now I will be moving to Pune Mharashtra which is a new city for me so I tried to install Navi maps but it displays to purchase @599/- I was told by tata sales people that I can use Navi maps free with Tata Tiago car.
    Well, I don’t mind even purchasing but can I hear route direction through car speaker as in traffic it becomes difficult to hear clear direction.
    I request you to kindly arrange to guide me/suggest me where can I get details of how to use Navi maps, how to set route with multiple stops and mainly connecting to car speaker (preferably roof, which is used to hear phone calls)
