I want to become a distributor in my city

I have ordered to sent a laser guided measuring instru. Costing Rs 799/- Instead of that you sent me a 10 m. measuring tape costing only Rs 90/- . it' s a case of fraud and melafied . Got it returned and send me the laser guided measuring instrument.
