Iam getting noise while using I want to be rectified

CT -92i TREADMILL NOISES WHILE USING INCLINATION. Noises are coming when me start using incline. This complaint is from the date of purchase. It was reported & rectified. Again the problem is emanating. It was reported and attempted on 18 th January. Still noises are coming. Kindly send your representatives and rectify the problem once for all.
