Submersible pumps charge more.

Dear sir,

Your product dealer take more money of product than real printed price of product from customers.sawing many reasons of product.they take more price than your really price with gst of product.
Eg. Binal Enterprise take more money than real printed price with gst bill. They take Rs 23450 but really price with gst is Rs.20201

Purchased 2HP Falcon submersible pump on 16th Sep 2021. The very next day the pump stopped working. The dealer took the pump and explained that it was a minor issue and got it resolved, Never explained what was the problem. After only 3 months, again the pump stopped working. have a falcon submersible pump in our society and after removing the bore from the bore realized that the part of pump had fallen into the bore. The service advisor said it was due to sand in the bore. NO PROPER REPLY AND NO QUATATION FOR THE REPAIR YET RECIEVED AND ITS ONLY A 2.5 YEAR OLD PUMP WHICH THEY HAVE ALREADY REPAIRED ONCE AND NOT THE PUMP HAS FALLEN INTO THE BORE.
