It is already 25 days are left and you did not refund my money. I message in your website at least 100 times but you guys did not reply. And if you did not refund my money I will take legal action

I was not satisfied with your product and already customised it back on 22 of oct. same day I received it. Two day on 24oct. I got report it is successfully received .
Product was courier by dtdc in Z 17335413 no. On 24 oct. I m waiting my money to be transferred in my account till date not received it. Pls . U r requested to transfer it as soon as possible .
