    Dear Sir,

    The old system number of my gas card/consumer no. is 15839, and sv no. is 175868. Can you please inform me the new system (computerized) no. of my card.

    I couldn't get sylinder on time also not getting subsidy after deliver

    So i request to necessary acion please as soon as possible.
