Mahindra udaipur services are really bad in cars service, mechenic are not trained even they don't know what are things should be done in general service, i am paying loss of their mistakes during service in my car, and know still waiting the part since 1 and 1/2 month to fix the issue, i am very disappointed about services provided by mahindra, are we come for service by belives but what we are getting just withdraw money to pay blindly on it. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the lack of progress in resolving an issue with my car. Approximately two weeks ago, I contacted your dealership to report that I had unfortunately broken the left side mirror of my vehicle and requested a replacement.

Since then, I have been patiently awaiting updates and resolution, but to my dismay, I have not received any meaningful response or progress. Every time I call the dealership for an update, I am met with promises that the issue will be resolved promptly, yet no action seems to have been taken.

This prolonged delay has inconvenienced me greatly, as I rely on my car for daily transportation. Not having a functioning left side mirror poses a safety risk and hampers my ability to drive safely.

I urge you to please prioritize this matter and take immediate action to resolve it. It is unacceptable that I have been left without a solution for such an extended period. I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide me with a concrete plan for replacing the left side mirror of my car without any further delay.
