    I visited ur store which is located in salem. Atmosphere of the store is good. But the way ur executive behaved feels like insulting me. I never had an experience before.. He treated me that I'm very new to jewelry shop and he was talking like I was wasting his time by selection.. He not even allowed me to see earings in mirror properly.. I mostly spend 15 mins in ur shop..

    I have bought two silver bracelet on May 2nd, 2022 on Akshaya Trithya. Last month one bracelet was colour faded and another bracelet clip was broken. When asked in shop they sent to Salem office and telling us to wait for 1 month still i have not received both bracelet. They telling to wait till August 2022. I'm terribly disappointed and i am going to give consumer complain for selling cheap material.

    I have been the customer of your shop since 1999. Nowadays the approach of ur sales executives are not satisfactory. This is not a find faulting mail, I hope u understand. Here I would recall Gandhiji's words that every customer is ur asset irrespective of the things purchased. This has the reference of the incident that is happened on 4/2/23 at 2.40 pm at the BANGLE section in the ground floor.

    Visited today bazar branch , hope have purchased an kamatchi velaku , while during billing the staff name mythili asked name to fill quation ,inhave told my name as Irfan even as receptionist she have reacted as very wrost face expression,and asked why he'll she given that reaction,even though she argues continusly regarding don't ask I have asked name like wise at all very wrost experience never expected from this showroom like this ,through as company should place an educated people.... As well very wrost experience I ever had..
