Pls refer to the copy of bill for my purchase done at Arrow store@ Nucleus Mall Ranchi.
Here I would like to highlight the inconvenience faced during exchange of my product on size issue and exchange was denied.
During my purchase i had specifically asked te sales person to measure the size of shirt with the one i has returned due to size issue only.
The sales person conveyed me that if there is a size issue this can again be exchanged bt the scene was totally oposite at the store.
While my husband had to face embarrasment at your store even the exchange was not done.He has left the product at store only bcs of behaviour shown by people present and handling.Pls get this checked.We need exchange or return immediately.

This is to inform you that I bought a Jeans in the month of Dec'22 at Megamart Moti Nagar, Delhi and after one wash it's torn on the crotch.


I can't accept that this type of thing happened like the US polo brands, we buy a product only with the trust of brands.


Because of the sudden demise of my real younger brother I didn't have time for doing the mail etc.
