NOW A DAYS, THERE IS NON REGULAR SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDERS IN MY AREA, SO THAT THE PUBLIC IS FACING SOME PROBLEMS IN GETTING THE CYLENDERS.
I REQUEST YOU TO SUPPLY GAS CYLINDERS REGULARLY IN THIS AREA & SPECIALLY IN WARD NO. 19.

Sir gas consumer I'd change process

i already getting subsidy in my acct. from
few months but previous month on dt 14-7-15 i filled my cylinder from your agency
. booking no.was 900144 but i did not get subsidy amount till time....please check...

in above cited respect i want to draw your attention towards irregularities in gas cylinder delivery.customer no-M74571 was charged rs 630 for delivery of one cylinder at village jassi ka bas which is higher than authorised rate of 592 rs.further no payment receipt was given to customer.this is a gross irregularity.it is requested to take immediate action otherwise i have to go to consumer forum for remedy.

Sir.... My gas's regulator is not working properly. So I want to exchange it. So plz Tell me how many rupees will have to pay for new regulator in gas agency.

I m from village kankar ki dhani, I am customer of your agency,,now a day you are not given proper supply of cylinders....I my area people's are facing too many problems..
The content numbers you have provide to your customers, is not working...can you and your team tell me to what I do ...???
