Batter backup function dosent well from its purchase. Batter capacity of this phone is 5000 mah. My friends & relatives said this brand good, you will be satisfy, unfortunately this
set dosent working well. Please take necessary steps as it function with it's full efficiency and satisfy me thereby. Hope you will take necessary actions very soon.

माननीय महोदय जी सेवा मे निवेदन है मै 20 08 2020को मैने bettry 9560694 मे खरीदा आप लोगो ने मुझे जो बैटरी दिया वो उस वकत 1परसेनट थी जिसके कारण मुझे अपने मोबाइल को सुईच आफ करना पडा मै चेक भी नही कर पाया मैने आप के सटाफ से पुछा बैटरी को कितना देर चार्ज मे दुगा आप का सटाफ ने कहा जितना देर लगे आप चार्ज करे मैने चार्ज पर8घणटा रखा फिर भी फुल चार्ज नही हुअा मुझे कोलकाता से बाहर जाना था और मे चला गया और तब से ये बैटरी मुझे भोगा रही है मै एक पैर अपाहीज हु 700कीबैटरी लेने के लिए मुझे कोरोना वाइरस मे मुझे 600 का किराया खर्च करना पडा महोदय जी आप से अनरोध है कृपया करके मुझे जीवित बैटरी दे अपनी मरी हुईबैटरी लेने का कषट करे
