Service center is not opening from last 2 weeks. Phone number are switched off. Very Bad of this one....

10days back i purchased a oppof17 mobile in kakinada bnew mobile showroom. next day onwards the mobile performance is very week. carging connecting time it was heating and battery is down very quickly and some times mobile was hanging complaint.
to day morning i go that showroom then they told once consult to your oppo service center. but they are displayed a board service center timing only 10 am to 1pm. in 3 three hours time they can how to service to customers? service center mobile no is also not working. how can i service my mobile you give me alternate suggestion.
