I'm very disappointing. such a big company and not having enough stock of their own models at least.
I went to the care center in roorkee on 19th of march, 2022 to repair my damaged phone which was damaged due to get wet. Customer care executive checked my phone and told me to come back after 5-7 days because they are not having the parts of this model. They will order it from dehradun and it may take 4-7 days to reach to their center, I mean nowadays amazon and flipkart deliver their product on same day even a person can take it and get back on a same day. Just one and half hours of travel and you are still taking such a lot of time.
very slow service and very disappointing.
Felt regret to buy your product just because of your service.
I want my mobile repaired by todays evening with A1 condition.
Do whatever you want make this work done ASAP.
