I went to Rakki cinemas in ambattur yesterday night(12.08.15), after movie ended when i take my bike, my bike paint was scratched due to the staffs in parking. Already before one time it was happened. Now again. I asked the staffs but they did not respond correctly. They charging 10rp for parking also. I'm very much depressed about this incident.

I am Amarnath from trivallur. Today (29-09-2018) morning 7.45am came to trivallur rakki cinemas for booking the tickets for the movie chekka chivandha vaanam for the show at 9.30am... but here there no persons on ticket counter... I was waited upto 8.35am... after one person came and telling to wait for 15 minutes... It was an nice experience that I got from rakki cinemas for customers handling.... Better u just put the board for tickets selling time... It will be good for customers...

I have booked ticket today and my money got deducted but I didnt receive any tickets pls refund my money
