Vo cancel ho gyi h, lekin mere paise vapas ni aaye h abhi tk

Sir I had just booked a ticket at uttrakhand Volvo for travelling from dehradun isbt to Delhi Kashmiri gate at 9am. While my payment was successful, my ticket status failed and the money has already been deducted from my account as well.
Please give some clarity on it and would be great if the refund is done at the earliest

I have booked an online ticket of utc bus from Haldwani to Chandigarh ,although money was deducted from my account but my ticket is not booked , I want my money refunded or the ticket booked .

Sir yes buss haridwar say 10am pr chali the 12:50 pr khatoli pucho. Raste ka traffic b normal hai. Koi jam be nhi . Driver bus ko 55-60km ke speed say run kr rahe hai..
Jo ek bike ???? ke speed hai... Bus m subhi yatri pareshan hai.
Driver or conducter say bola to vo bolte hai bs ase he chale ge
Plz koi action le.
