REFUND NOT DONE BY FRANCHIES, CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE 18002664555 BUT ISSUE NOT RESOLVED AND NOT YET REFUND FROM LAST 7DAYS

I have booked a call through your call center number 1800266455 on 17th May 2023. Subsequently I have got a call from 6381765140 saying they are authorized voltas service centre, willing to do the services. Sevice was done on 18th May 2023 by their technician whose phone number is 8122305191. They collected Rs.3500 towards service but the problem remain same as no cooling is there... Like to know Service center name and address as now they are not attending to our calls... Kindy respond... M.I.Sankarasubramanian
