I had placed order from spencer on 30th April 2020...in the order i have received few things which cost 500 approx and the remaining thing of 1200 approx were not delivered....as my payment mode was PayeTim i was expecting that day refund....but today is 7 th day of my order but i have not received my refund...you have the worst service

Iam a customer of your stores since many years.

when I make enquiries about Points, your staff
never bothered to give information that reward points be entitled for Registered customers.

In the process, Customers like us loses the Reward points .
Hence ,I request you to display a board at the cash counter for the benefit of Customers to get themselves Registered for Rewards Program.
