My company sold inverters and batteries manufactured by Exide. It is branded Spectra. At present, the company has winded up it's operation in Nigeria but there are several inverters from clients that I need to repair. However,non availability of spares is making repair difficult to achieve. I will be glad to receive information on what it will entail for me to have the following spares
1.Control card for LKVA (850VA and 1.45KVA)
2. Control Card for HKVA
3. Driver Card for HKVA.

Sir I have registered complaint regarding my hybrid inverter before 10 days but tell now no technician came to our home only they are saying part is pending. What kind of e x ide is in days they can not arrange a part for my inverter. I will file case against exide company in court if u can not repair my inverter in two days

Comment: Regarding the above subject, we have already contacted Vijayapura Exide battery dealer. He is saying that he will not give the warranty of this customer battery (A2B3F029314 2C32). Requesting you to resolve the problem on a priority basis. The tractor is nearly 2 months old ( HOUR-103).
