please book my gas refill . my consumer no. is 9875

I have transferred my connection at Chittorgarh.3 days back,he takes 4600 rs.and gave me small blue colour diary but did not give me papers and cylinders saying. That paper banane me time lagega.i want to ask he was taking 3 days for making papers,still he did not give me cylinderss.kindly give me my papers and cylincder so that we can make food.

I show my original transfer voucher but person siting in chittor gas service is refuse to issue connection and say me the original paper is incorrect as stamp of distributor is must and some date is not mentioned in the paper. I revert him to get confirmation online but he again refuse and tell me to go kishangarh again for the same. As per my opinion he is only trying to irritate me. So give me suggestion what to do.

Chittorgarh gas services supplies gas cylinder before 15 day . This cylinder found leakage after that I have complain to agency but still had not replace my gas cylinder.

Inner rubber valve is missing in filled cylinder dispatched to me.
Leakage is there.
Please replace at soonest.
