Subject : Application for saying to the Government of India in the Parliament of India against Deprivation of the Rights of Pension of the significant and indigent Artistes and Persons from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

Sir,
with due respect, in connection with above, this is to inform you that the some of the financially weak/poor old aged Artistes of the mainstream (main stream) music, the traditional classic music and the financially poor persons distinguished in Letters, Arts and such other walks in life, who are categorized/recognized Artistes of Akashwani/Doordarshan, State /National Awardees and at the same time who were entitled to get Pension through the Central Quota included in previous "Artistes Pension Scheme and Welfare Fund'' of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, are already deprived of their Right to get Pension from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India on account of the exclusion of above mentioned Central Quota as per an immoral updation dated 28th. September, 2017 by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India from which the "Scheme for Pension and Medical Aid to Artistes" and inclusion of the compulsion of getting Pension from the State Culture Department of the concerned State Government in the said "Scheme for Pension and Medical Aid to Artistes", because the someone or some of the State Governments has/have no infrastructure to give Pension to the above mentioned financially poor old aged Artistes and Persons.
According to above, at the same time the said exclusion of central quota and inclusion of compulsion of getting Pension from State Culture Department on account of the said immoral updation dated 28th. September, 2017 of the Pension Scheme from which the above said "Scheme for Pension and Medical Aid to Artistes" have made a contradictory and an inconsistency among the view of giving Pension, Act of Government of India and infrastructure of the State Governments.

In connection with above, this is to inform that the said exclusion of Central Quota and inclusion of compulsion of getting Pension or Monthly Financial Assistance from State Culture Department as per erroneous updation dated 28th. September, 2017 of Pension Scheme of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India have excluded the above mentioned Artistes and Persons from the said "Scheme for Pension and Medical Aid to Artistes", at the same time do not maintain equality of Rights of Pension among the above mentioned old aged financially poor Artistes and Persons of the different areas of our India.

APPLICATION

I hereby apply to say to the Government of India in the Parliament of India seeking approval of an any one of the following two demands to maintain the equality of Rights of Pension of the above mentioned old aged financially poor Artistes of Main Stream Music, traditional classic music and the Persons among different areas of our India under the said "Scheme for Pension and Medical Aid to Artistes" -

DEMANDS

1. Inclusion of Central Quota in the said "Scheme for Pension and Medical Aid to Artistes" of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, which was present in previous "Artistes Pension Scheme and Welfare Fund" of that Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

2. Otherwise, exclusion of compulsion of getting Pension from the State Culture Department of the concerned State Government in the said "Scheme for Pension and Medical Aid to Artistes"of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

Your action should be most immediate.
