My Policy No APS-674747-M will matured on 28 Sep 2018.I approached nearby civil head post office at my home town to claim my maturity value,they informed me after verifying my policy status online that the premium of said policy is not paid from Mar 2016 to Aug 2018. Where as all the premium amount has already been deducted from my pay by PAO (GREF), Dighi camp, Pune-15 and deposited the same with PLI for the above period as confirmed by them.I lodged complaint/application for crediting all premiums as early as possible so that I can claim my matured value.I hereby once again requested to the appropriate authority to take immediate action to credit all premium amount into my policy account or otherwise advice me further course of action.
