I have applied for New connection more than 50 days before. about 25 days before i got a letter for verication. then I brought that letter to Bhiwadi . they said in 2-3 days someone will verify your adress & other documents on your Flat. i am waiting & calling again & again for last 15 days, but there is no satisfactory responce .
Kindly Look into the matter & solve it .

always try for costomer purchase gas from local gas mafia by black . timely not delivered gas .my booked gas not deliverde & agency poeple book again gas on 01/03/2015 with out my knowlage . when i cal to agency smartly reply me you again book the gas on 01/03/2015 . if ncr not able to distribute the gas why not hand over to other agency ? if you not able to controle your staff & controle your distribustion system why captured the business ? if you not take a action an urjent base so i deffinatly talk with bhiwadi area officer mrs. ahuja of IOC ,than i take stong action on my lable .

I Applied for my Refill Gas Cylinder on dated 01-Jul-15 through mobile system_Booking reference number is 222047.
But as on today it is not yet dispatched at my address. And I am trying to call the concerned NCR Indane Bhiwadi Office, they are not responding in this matter. I kindly request you to please look into the matter and resolve my query at the earliest.

I booked my cylinder 2 weeks earlier but still, it's not delivered. daily new invoice generate and next day that invoice is canceled automatically and again new invoice is generated. there service is very poor.

I move from Bhiwadi to Delhi NCR Gajiabad,
What I can carry my cylinder with luggage,only my connection will transfer as I want to know.
