I have to take admission in another college name Kotabagh Degree college.I was student of PNPG college Ramnagar last year and I was failed last year in Bsc 1st semester and now I want admission in Kotabagh degree college so for that I want NOC from Nanital University. So please tell me what will the process for that and what document will require.

I have submitted all documents including medical but college is asking again and again for the same. How many times i have to submmit documents in B.Ed 3rd sem.
Is non-working & Attendence affidavite is compulsary to submmit?
And College asked for 500/- rs and my documents for making enrollment in my 1st sem.. I submitted it but now i am in 3rd sem and i could'nt get my enrollment yet.
