Complaint BY MISTAKE AMOUNT TRANSFERED TO UNKNOWN PERSON

    Hello Sir,

    This is Rajkumar from Dubai, NRI account in Tiruchirappalli branch India, Account no. – 30025642607., First time I transferred through IMPS amount the amount not reached to the beneficiary, and second time through NEFT.

    I raised compliant on 27/Aug/2018 Ticket no – 4703321391, she said IMPS not for NRI account holder, so your amount will be refund, until I did not received the amount and today again I called customer care she said amount transfer to the beneficiary, so two times my amount gone to this unknown person, so please retrieve to my account back. See below account holder details and amount transfer details.
