Sir 1 week before mene sony ka earphone liya ,khrab ho gya,,,jab songs ya vedio sunte he to ruk jata he, fir chlta he fir rukta he,2100 rupee ka liya tha,,plz solve my problem

My tv has started showing blurry image on usage beyond an hour. I can see duplicate image as well. I reside in Jabalpur MP. Can you please direct someone to please look into this, or pass me the service centre numbers. None of the numbers which are mentioned online are active.
