    My Name is Mr. Pradeep M Panchal. I had 40 shares of Reliance Industries Ltd.
    My Share Folio No- is 053730493 & having 40 Shares …. I am getting dividend of its every time by cheque but not getting Shares .

    Please issue my Original Share so that I can De materialize it.

    Please do as fast because last date is 5th December, 2018.

    I am attaching necessary Papers for here.
    Please go thought it & reply me as soon as possible.
