Jamui ka mi service center mai staff apka bahut badtamiji se baat karta hai

I've purchase an mi smart TV from amazon. Today I got the delivery. For installation, I need help. I didn't unseal the box yet. Should I open it or to wait to get call from mi.?
I have two questions.
1. If I unseal the product and the product is not the same as I purchased or it is not in well condition (damaged), then.?
2. Will MI call me for installation.?
