I m Nirmal Budhori ..I was booked two ticket from Delhi to Haldwani (24/11/2020)..but some reason ticket was cancelled on 26/11/2020...I was called ,mail to UTC helpline but no response to me..I think I was 3 to 4 time called and 1 time mail but no good response..and today I was call and mr golkesh singh picked up phone.he told me u won't get refund.whom to call and mail..
So I request I want my refund and stricaly action against Mr golkesh singh..

माननीय, मैंने दिनांक 24 जुलाई 22 को प्रातः 7:46 पर कोटद्वार से दिल्ली और रात्रि 8:00पर वापसी की यात्रा की। कंडक्टर ने मुझे एवम् अन्य यात्रियों को जो टिकट दिया, उसमें प्रत्येक टिकट के साथ Extra Rs. 40.00 भी लिया गया। कंडक्टर यह समझा पाने में असमर्थ था कि, यह अतिरिक्त भार क्या है।
कृपया, अपने स्तर से इसका समाधान कर मुझे दिये गये Email पर या मो न 9634375315 पर सूचित करेंगे।
यदि सूचना एक माह तक प्राप्त नहीं हुई तो मामला " जन हित" में मान उच्च न्यायालय को प्रेषित किया जायेगा। जिसका पूर्ण उतरदायित्व सम्बन्धित अधिकारी एवम् उतराखंड परिवहन निगम का होगा।

Dayed 25/11/23 was booked two ticket from Haldwani to delhi anand vihar isbt ac Janrath 26/11/2023@09:30pm some technical issue ticket was showed failed in uk transport site but payment was successful and deducted the money through paytm.I was called ,mail to UTC helpline but no response to me.. I was 3 to 4 time called and 2 times mail but no good response..and today.
