I have purchase product codeZ013635 kansas Half lift on Diwan on dated 23/4/2022 From STYLE SPA,BORING ROAD PATNA.After few days there is an issue on diwan regarding my issue i have lodge the complaint in STYLE SPA and asked for the service.when i lodge the complaint 10 to 15 days back but still i am not getting the service.The shopkeeper said that there is no other issue in your area once i got the another issue or installation you get the service.i have already call them more then 7 to 10 times.
So.just i want to know that this type of service you can proved to the customer??
If you provide such type of service why your customer recommend your product to purchase. such a very poor service provide you have... sorry but this is the fact that i am feeling.
Now i hope after this time i got the service and resolve my issue.

This is to bring the poor customer service that I have faced from Zuari. I had purchase a combo set (bed,wardrobe,side table and shelf) from Zuari in Ranchi.I got relocated to Jamshedpur. We called customer care and they had dismantled (in Sept,22)the product for relocation and had confirmed that they will get the assembly done in Jamshedpur. Unfortunately nobody from the team is ready to get it assembled. We have shifted and been trying to get in touch with the team to get the furnitures assembled.
